1) Boil 1 liter of water.
2) When boiled, add approx. 20 stalks of "kamunggay" (hinarus).
3) Keep it boiled for 30 sec. and remove from heat.
4) Pour into a blender & keep cool prior to blending.
5) Once cooled, blend it until fine.
You may drink it straight, or mix with non-fat milk, lugaw or any fruit juices (as you wish)
